Общая кухня для самостоятельного приготовления пищи превзошла все самые смелые ожидания, есть все необходимое и даже больше, просторные номера, пляж оооочень близко, буквально выйдешь за калитку и вот оно море! Рядом с гостевым домом есть магазины, кафе, мини-рынок где можно купить все необходимое. Спасибо большое Дмитрию и его сотрудникам за готовность помочь в любом вопросе.

Расположение хорошее, рядом торговые точки, общественный транспорт, пляж. Достаточно удобные кухня и прачечная.
Номер достаточно тесный для троих взрослых (на первом этаже), особенно санузел. Необходимы сетки от комаров на окна. Оплата была только наличными, что не совсем удобно.

Clean, just in front of the beach. Comfortable beds. Owner always available. Parking available for free in front of the train station.
Hard to find the place, you have to cross the railway to access it. And since it is located juste next to the railway, it’s very noisy everytime a train is passing (2-3 times during the night).

Все великолепно, выше всяких похвал! Море в 20 метрах, Батуми - в 10 минутах, офигительная атмосфера и отдых! Короче все супер;
Ну, разве только не самый удобный матрас - как для меня - жестковат. Ну и железная дорога за калиткой, но на третий день просто перестаешь замечать проходящие поезда 🤷‍♂️
