The 80 m² holiday apartment in a very quiet residential complex surrounded by pine trees and only 700 meters from the beach and the urban center of Tamariu, one of the most charming small towns on the Costa Brava and which has all the services, bars, restaurants and entertainment companies.
The house has a shared outdoor area with a large swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn, garden furniture and an outdoor shower where guests can relax and enjoy the sun.
The apartment consists of a bright living-dining room with direct access to the terrace with a view of a pine forest, an independent kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, and a laundry room with a washing machine.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people: it has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a sofa bed for two people in the living room. All rooms are exterior and open onto a terrace.
The apartment is very well equipped: television, beach towels, books, board games.
Free parking is available in the complex and on the street.
