From booking, to planning our arrival, to any assistance needed throughout, the communication was top notch and very timely. This home is very well appointed in kitchen supplies for the scale of rooms, and we were very thankful for that. All bedrooms are of great size, the beds are comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. We loved the privacy screens on the sides of the pool so you’re not looking at the houses on either side. The house is 100% as photographed. The only negative I could note is one step that was broken and was not addressed or repaired when noted. It is likely waiting on a new piece of wood, but dangerous regardless and should have more warning that broken painters tape (which does not aid in stability at all). We would 100% book this home again.

We were a group of 17, and together for 8 days and everything went smoothly from start to finish! The space was spacious, spotless, and the communication with the management team was excellent

The whole experience was amazing! The house was perfect for our group of 26. Plenty of room and everyone loved it. The pool heat for the hot tub in June gets really warm in the pool. I wouldn’t get that again in the summer months. Florida sunshine makes it warm enough. The grill was great. Loved the 2 refrigerators. And especially enjoyed the speak easy and theatre room. We will be back!

Amazing house that had plenty of room for 14 of us ranging in age from 19 months to 81. Pool was AMAZING and very large for all of us. Loved the shallow end of pool with chairs and slide. Beds were so comfortable and felt luxurious. Love this area and this new Villatel section at Solterra resort. The main clubhouse was beautiful and felt like you were in the tropics. Super friendly staff and overall a great place to stay! So close to Disney and universal etc.
