Very modern and clean; convenient location with roadside parking. Adequate heating in winter, and the heated toilet seats were a bonus.
There was sewage smell from the toilets when we arrived. Could be due to stagnant water in the drain pipes as the smell went away after we flushed the basins and bath area.

Beds could do with and xtra duvet was very thin bedding , but house was warm No coffee just to get us started till we got groceries.
