Lokalizacja. Nie za daleko od plaży, wystarczająco daleko od głównej handlowo - rozrywkowej ulicy, blisko lasu. Czystość. Części wspólne sprzątane są nawet dwa razy dziennie. Życzliwość właścicielki mimo lekkiego oporu w pierwszym kontakcie. Możliwość parkowania na terenie posesji, po wcześniejszym ustaleniu z właścicielką do czego wszystkich zachęcam.
Standard. Typowe turystyczne pokoje. Kuchnie mieszczące się na wspólnych korytarzach, którymi przechodzą ludzie bez możliwości (poza 2 piętrem), żeby usiąść.

Idealna lokalizacja, raczej cicha i spokojna okolica, a nadal w centrum, 4 min do morza,, 1 min do głównej ulicy ze sklepami. Bardzo czysto i schludnie, nie tylko w pokojach i na korytarzu, ale i wokół budynku. Lokal kameralny, przyjemny, wygodne łóżko. Lodówka i czajnik w spokoju, a na korytarzu aneks kuchenny zaopatrzony w podstawowe przybory na kilkudniowy pobyt.
Mogłoby być mydło przy umywalce.
