Entorno tranquilo, demasiado la verdad.

La limpieza: muy deficiente, la casa tenía muchas telarañas en las colañas y las mallorquinas muy sucias, los exteriores muy sucios sobre todo la zona de barbacoa, y solo teníamos un cepillo (sucio) para casa y exterior. Las luces exteriores: nos tuvieron que poner unos focos improvisados porque solo había dos bombillas y las luces de la piscina comunicamos que estaban rotas y en nuestra estancia no fueron reparadas, nunca funcionaron. *No hay tostadora, la tabla de la plancha para cambiarla. Seguridad: Otra cosa a tener en cuenta para la gente que vaya con niños, la casa no es muy segura, la piscina no está cerrada y los filos de toda la piscina y escalones son muy puntiagudos y afilados, también hay un pozo o aljibe en la fachada exterior de la casa con la puerta abierta sin ningún tipo de candado o posibilidad de cierre seguro para niños y lo que más nos llamó la atención es que el recinto se la casa no tiene una puerta de entrada que puedas cerrar por seguridad, cualquiera que pase puede entrar a la vivienda por lo que tus pertenencias no pueden estar seguras en el exterior.

Küche super ausgestattet,hat an Nichts gefehlt. Amerikanischer Kühlschrank, alle Utensilien. Waschmaschine etc. Fast neuer, sehr grosser Pool. Dieser Pool war sehr sauber, es wurden sogar Wasserproben genommen. Sehr schöne,ruhige Alleinlage.

Aussenanlage(ausgenommen Pool) etwas ungepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen. Grillhaus nicht sauber und stinkt. Uralte Auflagen für Liegestühle. Aussenbereich ist tatsächlich sehr lieblos. Mit wenigen Änderungen könnte man das Herrichten lassen. Im Haus selbst gefiel uns die Einteilung im Erdgeschoss überhaupt nicht. Dieses Miniwohnzimmer, im Winter würde ich dieses Haus nicht buchen wollen, im Sommer hält man sich eh im Freien auf. Viele der Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen. Schirm total defekt, wurde während unserem Aufenthalt reklamiert aber nicht ausgetauscht. Und das bei 40 Grad!! Insgesamt stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht! Für 3.500€ die Woche habe ich was Schöneres erwartet!!

Peaceful location. Stunning house. Beautiful garden and pool.

We stayed at Can Veritat for 13 nights and overall had a pleasant experience, but there are definitely a number of areas where improvement is needed to meet expectations — especially considering the price. The positives first: The house is located in the peaceful countryside, in a very calm and quiet neighborhood, which we appreciated a lot. Despite being remote, it’s still conveniently located — just about a 10-minute drive to Felanitx. The size of the house is generous, and it was clean upon arrival. We also appreciated the mid-stay cleaning service, which helped maintain a fresh atmosphere during our longer stay.

However, several downsides impacted our stay: • The general upkeep of the outside area is lacking. Several of the sun loungers were broken or in poor condition, and the garden was not well maintained. We even cleaned the lavender area ourselves, which was completely overrun by invasive weeds. • The parasol on the terrace was broken on arrival, and it took four days to get a replacement. Even then, one small parasol is simply not enough for such a large terrace in the summer heat. • The air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived. A technician had to be called in, delaying our comfort. There was no prior check to ensure everything was in order before our stay. • The house was difficult to find — a small sign with the house name at the entrance of the unpaved private road would make arrival much easier. • Water pressure in the house was inconsistent, with a lot of air in the pipes, which affected comfort. • One of the upstairs bedrooms had a radiator making noise, even though the heating was switched off. • Several electrical boxes in the house were not properly closed, which is a serious safety hazard — especially as we were travelling with a 2-year-old child. • The sink in the kitchen was leaking, which is both inconvenient and unhygienic. • We were heavily affected by mosquitoes and midges. While we understand this is part of countryside living, the absence of mosquito nets on the bedroom windows made it difficult to sleep. We were bitten multiple times each night despite using repellents and anti-mosquito lights. Conclusion: With a bit more care and attention to detail, this property could offer a much more comfortable and safe experience. Most of the issues mentioned could be solved with relatively minor — and not overly costly — improvements. Given the premium price, we expected better maintenance, preparation, and responsiveness. The potential is certainly there, but the overall guest experience would greatly benefit from more thoughtful management.
