It has pretty much everything you need. It’s near 3 MRT stations which is very accessible. It’s clean and spacious.

The price is fantastic for Singapore.
The location was perfect for getting around, 250m from 2 x train stations.
250m from China Town and Maxwell Hawkers Market food in both locations amazing but more variety at Hawkers Market.
Shopping for souvenirs in China Town is great.
No Wi-Fi as advertised, however, was refunded for SIM card purchased.
Hot water only lasts for one shower, and then you need to wait for heater to warm up water again.
End room closest to road was very loud on first Saturday night with a Club right across the road. Second Saturday not so bad.
Stated room would only be cleaned once in 7 days, were there for 8 and it was not cleaned but if we had asked I presume it would've been.

The location was good rooms were good sizes and there was a separate living space perfect for 3 people.
The WiFi was out throughout the week stay. All we were told was they were waiting for an update. I messaged the manager but never received a reply. It was more than disappointing that the manager did not deal with the issue in a timely manner nor kept the guests updated
