It is a very big and spacious place. There were many things to do and play in the villa.

The prime location of Kawane Villa truly sets it apart. Situated right in the heart of JB town, we found it incredibly convenient to explore the city's attractions, restaurants, and shops. Being centrally located made our travel plans seamless and enjoyable. Reasonable Pricing Rare find to get a villa with nice pool and water slide, my children spend most of their time inside the big pool. The accommodation provides in-room entertainment options, such as a television, streaming services, or gaming consoles, ,pool table to keep family members entertained during bored time

The villa offers generous space and a good range of activities, - pool table, karaoke room, mahjong table, swimming pool and BBQ pit, making it suitable for larger groups. The property management team is quite prompt in their response via WhatsApp days prior and after check-in (however it took a while for them to respond via booking.com’s enquiry chat).

The property is older in style, and cleanliness standards may not meet everyone’s expectations as we found some hairs in a few places when we checked in. The fixtures and furnishings would benefit from an update given the price charged.
