We were a group of women in our 60's who have been friends since high school. This rental was perfect for us, with plenty of room and beds. We especially enjoyed the deck, where we spent most of our time. We like the location because it's not too far from French Lick, and close to the park and lake.
The grass between the house and fire pit was pretty tall, and was wet after dark. Also, the showers/tubs were slippery, and the upstairs tub had no grab bars to hold on to.

We went on a getaway with another family, 4 adults and 7 kids. The space was great! The kids loved sharing a room! The adults liked the room the house provided to spread out a bit. The kitchen was stocked with any great to use.

Location was very good. The thoughtfulness of the items that are there for the quests. Sparkling clean white linens and towels. Access to the lake and the amenities that come with the house to use at the lake. The kitchen has everything that was needed. The floor was clean. It looks like they are continuing to update. Grill and deck was nice as was the fire pit. We plan on going back in the future and would absolutely would stay here again.
Peeling window tint and the carpet on the stairs. But it looks like it is a work in progress. As I stated previously the are continuing to update.
