Average, wouldn’t stay here again.

Location was perfect, we were taking our daughter to Peppa Pig World, which was roughly 15 mins away. Also great little estate with a park two mins walk from the property, shops 5 min drive. Perfect for what we needed.

I felt the property was grubby, stained bedding, carpets not clean, marked walls, throws on the sofas were disgusting, fusty smell in the lounge. The only rooms that seemed properly clean were the bathrooms. I also didn’t like how you’re paying for the use of the full house yet they want to charge you if you used any extra bedrooms? Therefore £600/£700 for a grubby 2 bed house seems very steep to me.

Oh my God, this is a fantastic home, very clean, tidy, bed are comfortable and nice linen! We were there for a friend hen do wich was fantastic. The area is quite and streets are safe to park cars. I will definitely come back. Claudette & group of friends

Comfortable stay at a quiet environment

Spacious, new and very clean property. TV is installed in the sitting room and each room. We also enjoy our stay. We had a tight schedule and didn’t have time to enjoy the hot tub which was said to be very good.

Shampoo and conditioner are missing.

Peppa pig world with the family. Great weekendaway

Lovely lay out of the property. Hand soap was a great touch. We even looked it up on google to purchase it was that nice. Clean with all the facilities we needed as a family.

Lovely business stay

The property had plenty of space for everyone to have their own bedroom and privacy. Well decorated and appointed.

More towels should have been allocated. We did not use the hot tub as we only had 1 bath towel per person. We also did not wash our hair as not enough towels. One hand towel per bathroom is also not enough from my perspective and a hygiene perspective if more than 1 person must share a bathroom. The beds were squeaky but mattresses comfortable.

Family New Year Get Together

The location to the North of Southampton suited our needs as we travelled to Portsmouth for a football match on New Years Day. However the main point of the weekend was to see in the new year as a family and this spacious modern home suited our needs perfectly. It was warm and very comfortable and everyone enjoyed a session in the hot tub. A very enjoyable experience.

The arrangement of furniture and interior design of the house is really nice, beautifully decorated with plenty of space for our group of 7.

Lovely, quirky house.

The Cavern was a beautiful house. Spacious, modern, quiet, beautifully decorated on the music theme. The managers were very obliging and quick to respond to any contact.

The property was not as conveniently located as I had hoped. It was quite a drive from Southampton, in a modern suburb. No restaurants or shops close by. I think it would be better suited to a long stay, rather than a 2 night stay.
