About this house rental
"Enjoy a quiet home near The Woodlands and Lake Conroe. My home offers 2 bdrm/2 ba w/jetted tub, an open living room w/ fireplace, a small workout area, a cozy dinner nook & lg yard for dogs. There's a short walking/biking path right outside the door & you'll only be 15 mins to find several attractions in North Houston, including Cynthia Woods Mitchell Concert venue, Old Towne Spring, Six Flags, The Woodlands Market Street and Marriott Center.

I do allow behaved, potty trained pets in my home. While we do a deep cleaning after each guest we cannot get everything so if you have pet allergies, or you are sensitive to animal fur or smell, my home may not be a good fit for you.
* there is an additional charge for more than 2 pets and an additional $50 cleaning fee for stays longer than 10 days.*
*Stays longer than 21 days:
- refundable $150 deposit for damage & excess utility charges over $150
-extra $50 deep clean charge

Fenced back yard…huge easement areas (anti flooding) that were well tended…with sidewalks that were great for long dog walks
