** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.

We had a great time staying here. The house was clean, had a great layout, and was in a great resort community. We would absolutely stay here again.

Home was set up well for large groups and was walking distance to the resort which was great for our young grandchildren. The resort was enjoyed by everyone, especially the lazy river.
Emily was responsive to our needs through text messaging. Unfortunately, not able to speak to anyone personally which would have been easier.
There was an issue with the sliding door to the patio that wasn’t fixed during our 10 days at the house, but we were compensated for it with a late check out time.
Cleaning staff missed a few things, but overall was clean.

Dates of Stay: 7/22–7/26Rating: (2 out of 5)Check-in was smooth and easy. We submitted all required guest and vehicle info prior to arrival, which made the process at the gate quick and simple. The location of the unit was great—conveniently placed near all the community amenities.However, upon entering the home, we were immediately concerned by the visible wear and tear: dirty walls, chipped paint, a stained rug on the stairs, and general lack of cleanliness. We found hair throughout the space, old toys and bows in the pool, broken patio furniture and trash can, a hole in one of the bathroom walls, and dirty glass doors. During our initial walkthrough, we even discovered loose pills on the stair banister—an obvious safety issue. The unit clearly had not had a deep clean in months based on the condition of the ceiling fans and light fixtures.I reached out to the property manager right away and she responded quickly, asking for photos of the issues. That part was handled professionally.Unfortunately, our concerns worsened after the first night. My husband woke up with itchy bite marks on his arms. At first, we didn’t suspect bed bugs since we had checked the mattress on arrival and saw no signs. However, on the second night, around 5:45 a.m., he woke me again with the same complaint. This time, with a flashlight, we spotted three bed bugs two in the bed and one in the headboard.We contacted the manager immediately and sent pictures and videos. Pest control did
