Beachwood Villas is a tropically landscaped, low-rise complex on Hwy 30A in Seagrove Beach. Enjoy fabulous amenities and beach access just across the street. Complex amenities include: 2 Pools (one seasonally heated), lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, kids play area, and multiple grilling and picnic spots! Also, many local area eateries such as Cafe 30a, Angelina's, and Dough Sea Dough Donuts are nearby- not to mention, Seaside is a short 1.5 miles drive or bike ride away!

It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

I loved my stay at this condo! It is the perfect size for a family of four. My kids loved the bunk beds and the pools. I loved the decor and the proximity to the public beach. My only suggestion would be to give any fabric furniture (Couch, cushions) and area rugs a deep clean. Everything is cream and neutral colors which looks beautiful but is slightly terrifying when you have little ones. There were definite dirt spots but the unit itself was immaculate. Checking in and communication with the property management company was super convenient- I had no issues and would highly recomment!

Super cute property close to beach access. Love the convenience of the area. Don’t need a car to get around just a bike or golf cart. Will be back for sure. Sofa could use a good cleaning but everything else was great

Smart TV had a low IQ with no cable TV. Air Play from my iPad was inconsistent and time consuming with frequent loss of Wi-Fi connection. Wizzio Free TV Plus was a Minus
Ants were present and all food had to be sealed in plastic or kept in refrigerator. The mattress in bedroom should have been replaced years ago because of myriad lumps and valleys. 1A Beachwood Villas was way overpriced
