About this house rental
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The Solitude Room is private and quiet and is perfect for traveling businesswomen, college students, college moms, traveling nurses, and professional women. This is single-person occupancy. We do not book for the guys, we are an all-women place with a full security system and secure access. When you book, we give you access to our cafe (food and beverages are available(plus access to our living and working spaces. This particular room is on the third floor away from the hustle and bustle. It's economical and practical with a twin bed that is so comfortable with awesome comforters and quilts. You will absolutely love the purple egg swivel chair. The room has a wood and glass work desk plus an office chair, and a unique corner couch.
You have an in-room refrigerator, snacks, toiletries, towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner- plus many extras. You get access to our kitchen, community room, and circles sitting room. We have a lovely outdoor terrace to sit outside and enjoy the day. Decorated in purples and teal tones, The Solitude Room is heavenly, vibrant, and designed for traveling nurses, college moms, college students, and tired business ladies. Attending an event in Indy? Free convenient and private parking is right at our completely renovated space near downtown. You can take a quick Uber, or the Red Line Bus is within steps. It's also a quick Uber ride to the airport.

We go out of our way to make you comfortable with lots of extras that you don't get at other AirBnbs. We run a clean establishment that is drug and smoke-free, so if you are looking for a place to party, this isn't the place for you.
This is a single-person occupancy. You have access to our entire first floor, which is homey, and absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. You can also pre-order salads and breakfast bags. We do provide toiletries, and some light snacks (and plenty of coffee). You also have a Full bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.. The bathroom is right outside your door and is shared with one other guest in the Dream Studio (when that room is booked). We provide you with your own towels, bathmat, lysol spray and clorox wipes.
You get all the free coffee and water you can handle (Did we say coffee?:), plus one of the most beautiful interior environments in Indianapolis. We would love to have you as our guest!
We are sticklers about cleanliness and sanitary practices!

When I’m in town for work all I want at the end of the day is a quiet place to rest. I was nervous renting a room with a shared bathroom but I needn’t have worried. All of the rooms were booked the weekend I stayed but I didn’t hear anything from anyone inside my room. Plus the room is decorated in my favorite color - purple! When I found out that there were storms predicted that would be along my route into Indianapolis, I contacted Angela to ask about an early check in and to find out if I could add an extra night to my stay. She was able to accommodate both requests and payment was easy - it was done through Vrbo, just like my original booking. So if there’s something that you need, just ask! If possible, they will accommodate you.I enjoyed my stay in the Solitude Room. I hope to come back sometime…when I’m NOT working!

I love this property and I love Angela--the access to the Fairgrounds, Butler, downtown and more is unbeatable--plus the location allows you to walk to the original Cafe Patachou and other yummy eateries in the historic Meridian/Kessler neighborhood. Incredible safe, secure and supportive--will be back (again!)
