ottima posizione, tutti i servizi essenziali ed indispensanili sono vicini, non molto distante dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni cittadine
l'appartamento si presenta come un appartamento anni 60/70 solo l'arredo è stato rimodernizzato, ma la via molto trafficata e gli infissi non insonorizzati non sono stati d'aiuto per far dormire la bimba
