Friendly service, convenient location, easy to have a drink/food after in the pub next door. Loft apartment was very nice, clean and comfy bed. Also good shower!
Very noisy from pub, and kids outside racing cars at night, but we had all windows open due to a heatwave. Also TV very complicated to use!

Sofa was awful… tv didn’t work and only one set of towels even though I booked for two

Excellent location in the centre of town with free parking. Although joined to a pub no problems with noise. I was here during a heatwave and fan was provided, although bedroom window could not be opened.
The Smart TV was temperamental and had to be reconnected manually to wi-fi every time it was turned on and BBC iPlayer downloaded every time it was needed - not very user friendly

Unable to use tv due to poor internet
Had to use plug from bathroom for kitchen sink
No tea towels
Initially got put into unit with no cooking facilities but was then moved
WiFi connection was weak and only worked near front door.
