Rooms were clean and neatly laid. Bathroom was also neat and well appointed. Mini bar was decently stocked. Drinking water was sufficient. Car park was available near the cottage. There was an open veranda by the room, well camouflaged from public sight, but with an excellent view. Breakfast was good.
The water drain above the veranda was clogged with leaves, and the rain water was overflowing on to the veranda. ( requires constant cleaning). For a Deluxe room, the size could be bigger, as the land area is NOT a constraint.

The buffet breakfast was very satisfying. The items tasted fresh .
The name deceived : it was no resort with no backwater or anything of natural scenic beauty in sight.
