Appartamento molto accogliente e funzionale, la chicca è il balconcino arredato con due comode poltrone e tavolino dove poter gustare un buon caffè. Collegato benissimo i mezzi pubblici, fermata del tram a circa 500 metri, fermata bus a 100 etri. Proprietari efficienti e gentili, infatti, appena arrivati in struttura, circa le 21,30, abbiamo notato dell'acqua sul piano cucina, ci siamo resi conto che la perdita derivava dalla caldaia del riscaldamento e acqua calda, contattata la proprietà, nel tempo tecnico, cioè nell'arco di un'ora e trenta il problema è stato risolto. Grazie di tutto.

Das Apartment befindet sich diskret in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, was die subjektiv empfundene Sicherheit für mich stark erhöht hat. Auch dass jeder Gast seinen eigenen Zugangscode erhält und dies jedesmal neu vergeben wird trägt positiv bei. Die Busstation der Ringlinie 1 (Ci1) ist sehr nah, der Bus ist günstig und man kann bequem zum Fernbahnhof Delicias gelangen.
Da dies Apartment in einem Mehrfamilienhaus gelegen ist nimmt man mitunter die dort lebenden Nachbarn auch durch Geräusche und olfaktorische Trigger wahr.
