Bien cuidado. Limpio. Estuvimos en una ola de calor pero en casa, con el aire acondicionado, se estaba genial. Portal tranquilo. Ascensor. Supermercado y otros servicios cerca. Repetiría
Echo de menos alguna cosa de menaje. (Espumadera, batidora) Y bueno, el tema aparcamiento (gratuito) la mayoría de días aparcaba a 10-15 min. Pero hay muy buena comunicación con bus y tranvía

Está céntrico ( El Pilar, Muralla Romana, Seo del Salvador, Puente de Piedra, Palacio de la Alfajeria, etc...), el alojamiento está muy bien cuidado y completo. Muy tranquilo el edificio donde se halla el alojamiento. En las inmediaciones numerosas tiendas, tambien restaurantes y muy cerca de la famosa.zona de EL TUBO, ideal para tapear.
Pero esto ya para el sobresaliente, el parqué necesita un retoque. El resto del alojamiento excepcional. Sin duda repetiría.

La localización era buena.
No funcionaba la caldera. Tuvimos que ducharnos con agua helada y por las noches aún hacía frío y no pudimos calentar el piso. Vimos más comentarios sobre el piso y parece ser que el problema viene de atrás.
