Also plenty of space in the basement which features a large seating area, third bedroom and separate bathroom.

Many popular restaurants and shopping all within a mile! Also only a 10 minute drive to Presque Isle state park with its beautiful beaches and world famous sunsets.

We really enjoyed our time away at this house. It is clean and has many updated features. We didn’t use the basement but were impressed with the bedroom/bathroom in that space. The washer/dryer were great to have (especially with going to the water park) and the AC was wonderful with the summer heat.

Needs a new grill on deck present one rusted out and dangerous

Needed a place to stay for a baseball tournament for my family. We were 3-5 miles from everything and loved the location. The outside of the property was a little dirty, lots of leaves, grass high, pollen on outdoor furniture but the inside was very clean. I would recommend this house for a family of 4-5 and would book again if we’re ever in Erie in again.

This property was perfect for our weekend of youth sports. The photos and description were accurate. It's in a great location that is close to amenities; the back yard is still secluded and the porch was an enjoyable, relaxing space. Would recommend! Thanks!!

House was great for our stay, missed having cable access to local news and weather. Hoped to have a fire but no firewood and didn't want to call and bother manager to bring some. Entranceway could use more sidewalk.

This was a trip to Erie to take my grandsons to Splash Lagoon for a birthday celebration, and a "last splash" before heading back to school. Brad's property was perfect. There was plenty of room, and the boys enjoyed the property as much as the water park! They made a fire in the pit both nights; played games; made s'mores, and wore themselves out. My wife and I were quite pleased.

The property was perfect for our needs. We didn't use the additional space downstairs, but enjoyed the outdoor space and fire pit. Brad was responsive and helpful, and we would absolutely consider staying again next time we visit Erie.

I recently stayed at this property and one aspect that stood out to me was the serene and peaceful ambiance of the area. Despite being situated in a quiet location, it was surprisingly convenient to reach both the airport and the surrounding highways. The property has plenty of room and the back deck is a great addition for gatherings. Host was very attentive to any needs. Overall, it's a nice property that I would recommend to others.

Great home away from home! Family of 3 taking some time to enjoy the snow. We were able to sled down the hill in the backyard and built snowmen. Supplies for the coffee maker, dish of Hersey kisses, and cute entry way to keep the snow out we're all great surprises. We would definitely recommend!

Just 8 minutes from the mall and Rt 79. The home allows for privacy and entertainment in the backyard with nice deck, lights and fire pit in the back.

Wonderful little house. Clean, comfortable and fair price. There was just my wife and I, but it could have easily handled a few more people. Unfortunately, it snowed the days we were in town so we did not get to use the patio. It looks like it would be great in the warmer summer months.

We have stayed at a few different places in Erie and this place by far has been the best! With a beautiful backyard view of mature trees, a nice covered deck, and a large firepit, we enjoyed peaceful mornings and evenings. The house was very clean, well-equipped and owners very friendly and accommodating. We had everything we needed and were only a short distance from stores, restaurants and Presque Isle beach! I even had a nice morning jog through the neighborhood. We'll definitely book again if we plan another trip to Erie.

We came for the Great Lakes Beach Glass Festival and it was located within 15 minutes of Bayfront Convention center. It was warm and toasty when we arrived and we were very comfortable on the reclining couches and beds were great! Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed this home for our stay during our vacation and if we're ever back in Erie...this would probably be the place we would try to rent again.
