Cosy, Modern 1 Bedroom Apartment (Qawra)

The communication was spot on, even when we arrived late in the night and there was no key in the box, we called the team in charge and they found a solution straight away. All the little things that could be improved were shared with the team, who replied every time. The apartment was well designed and there was enough for our stay.

The wifi was not the best feature (which is still okay since we were mostly out). I hope there is now a filter on the kitchen hood so that oil doesn't drip in the pots and pans anymore.

Czystość i wygoda.

Parkowanie w okolicy uciążliwe. Auto z wypożyczalni niestety, w kilku miejscach miałem uszkodzone.

We loved this spacious 1 bedroom apartment from the first moment we walked in! It is very bright and fully equipped! Furthermore, it's close to everything you may need within a few minutes walking, sea, shops, bus stops, Aquarium, Cars Museum, Jeff's Pastizzeria, Kups, Trattoria Riccardo...

There was absolutely nothing wrong!

Location. But that is really it. The facilities, staff, furnishings, are substandard and the cost too high for what you get.

I have quite the list: - Mold in the showers (I have video). - Zero hooks in the bathroom for towels. - Old scratchy towels - The linens (sheets / blankets / comforter) are dingy with obvious stains (I have several pictures). - The listing states “Coffee/tea maker”. There was a tiny coffee maker that would not work with the induction range. Given coffee in the AM is a MUST, I contacted the management company. They ignored my first complaint entirely. They argued with me during my second complaint until I sent them video proof of the problem. Then they sent some to drop off a dirty coffee maker that was missing parts. (I have video) - The pots / pans are old and dingy. - The refrigerator smells awful. I did not use it for food. - The bathroom sink drains very very slowly. - The AC was off when I arrived and the apartment was over 90 degrees F and smelled stale. I had to leave for a few hours while the place cooled down. - All the furniture is cheap. - The couch is broken and falling apart and covered with some form of ill fitting cover (I have pictures). - There is some stick black goo on the floor in the kitchen. Since I’m not the cleaning crew, I left it there and walked around it. The management company contacted me on WhatsApp and asked that I make any complaints via WhatsApp to keep from negativity impacting their rating on Booking (where people can see it). I’m glad I did not have my family with me. Or plan to cook meals in the apartment.
