Good modern apartment with a home feel. Very nice host.

Andrea the host is very friendly. He came out to greet us and gave us good help in booking a table in the nearby restaurant for us. The unit is clean and have everything you need to cook and stay comfortably. Andrea treated us a little breakfast surprise too

It is not we didn't like, it is just the location is a bit out from the cental but bus connections are very easy. Just step away is a big supermarket you can buy anything.

The kitchen was well equipped. The bedroom was comfortable with a door leading out to a lovely balcony with table and chairs. Lovely bathroom. Washing machine and drying rack. WiFi.

Kényelmes, tiszta jól felszerelt, ár-érték arányban kiváló szálláshely, nagyon kedves tulajdonossal.

A szállásadó a garázs bejáratánál várt minket. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A lakás nagyon tiszta és rendkívül felszerelt. Az ágyak kényelmesek. Minden szuper volt. Az autónkat leraktuk a lakáshoz tartozó garázsba, közelben van metrómegálló, mi azzal közlekedtünk a városba.

Angenehme Unterkunft, um Genua sorglos kennenzulernen.

Gefallen hat uns das gepflegte Haus insgesamt, man fühlt sich in der Anlage richtig sicher. In der Wohnung selbst hat uns der große Balkon, als auch der große Einzel-Tiefgarage sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Leistungsstarke Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war super. Klasse war, dass direkt neben der Unterkunft ein riesiger Supermarkt ist und die Bushaltestellen direkt vor dem Haus. Unschlagbar ist aber der super nette Vermieter Andrea, welcher zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar war und sich fürsorglich sowie schnell um alle Fragen und Dinge gekümmert hat. Herzlichen Dank dafür!

Schade war, dass die Klimaanlage im Wohn-Küchenbereich nicht funktioniert hat. Wer als Fußgänger unterwegs ist, muss einen 45 Minuten Fußmarsch bis ins Centrum (Aquarium) bewältigen. Da die Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Fährterminal liegt, ist man unentwegt dem Feinstaub der Fähren ausgesetzt.

perfekter Jahreswechsel

Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Gute Lage für Anreise mit dem Auto und Touren im Hinterland. Bushaltestelle für Stadtbummel direkt vorm Haus. Große Tiefgarage, bequemes Bett, großer Supermarkt in fußläufiger Entfernung. Vermieter/ Andrea war sehr freundlich, immer ansprechbar und kompetent.
