We had a very pleasant stay at Zeus apartment. It was very tidy and clean, equipped with everything needed for a nice stay. We stayed for 2 nights and had no issues. There are enough towels provided, kitchen utilities, iron and anything else you may need. We had our 2yr old with us and had no issues. There is a store right under the building and bus station 2 minutes away, so it is easy to go around.
Only thing we overlooked was that there is no elevator in the building, but that is on us completely and we did not mind it that much even with a small child.

Bien Conectado. Tranvía a 200 metros y 15-20 min del centro. 15 min a pie de la terminal de trenes. Buena relación calidad precio. El piso resultó Cómodo para 3 noches. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión.
4to piso sin ascensor. El apartamento estaba bien aunque olía mucho a tabaco. El edificio es antiguo y regular estado. Pero no hubo problemas.

Nice, renovated apartament with everything you need druring your stay for a good price, also good contact with hosts.
The location was the worst of all. Really sketchy area, as two women travelling alone we didn’t feel safe at all. We were catcalled and followed by the men in the building few times. Definitely wouldn’t reccomend it to solo travelers/females and also for people with allergies (probably the mold in the building or inside of the apartament under the renovated surface).
