The location is perfect! 1 min away from the metro station and there’s some restaurants closed by, a Spar for 5 min walk if you need some food to cook on your own.
You have to set up the app Nuki to open the gate after 10 pm. But it’s not a big problem.

Flat was well equipped, with all amenities you needed (including extra towels and air-cooler for the hotter months), and the coffee creamer and juice in the fridge and coffee pods and tea were most welcome (we enjoyed breakfast in the flat every day during our stay). Hosts were also very responsive and provided good instructions. Flat is away from the Hauptbahnhof and Old Town but U1 station was literally 1 minute from the door and took you everywhere within 10-20 minutes, so convenient enough!
Not the hosts’ fault, but common areas of the building were a tad run down, and for those less mobile be aware that the flat is on the first floor and you had to walk up a flight of stairs (communal lift not accessible for this flat).
