About this house rental
Bay Happy is the perfect place for your next island getaway! This luxury property boasts breathtaking views of the bay, a state of the art chef's kitchen, a spacious pool area and beach. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom and TV. The open concept living, dining and kitchen are accompanied by wall to wall sliding doors to create a beautiful indoor/outdoor space. Bay Happy is perfectly located with walkable attractions such as Rod and Reel Pier, Bean Point Beach, The Anna Maria City Pier, and Pine Avenue. Guests are able to access the Free Anna Maria Island Trolley at The Anna Maria City Pier. The trolley provides transportation throughout the entire island.

Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

The house is amazing. Clean and new and very functional. The pool was great. The only thing was there are rocks by the ladder and behind he house on the beach so it severely limited any “ beach “ time.

Beautiful location, house was amazing. Everything was in great condition. Proximity to Rod and Reel Pier and Pine Ave was so key. We will be back!!!
