About this villa rental
BEACHSIDE LUXURY WALKING DISTANCE TO PUERTO BANUS.
The terrace and pool has been refurbished 2021 and a new bedroom added.
The Bahia de Banus villa has a very modern, open and cool feel but yet is still inviting. Perhaps due to the wonderfully large, dark framed windows that draw you in. The dining area, by the open staircase, is an example with an inviting view of the pool.
Flowing through to the left is the kitchen area, with a kitchen bar top for breakfast. The kitchen has both a Nespresso pods machine and a traditional filter coffee machine. From the kitchen there is the spacious living room that opens onto the garden/pool. The master bedroom is also located downstairs with outside access. It also has quite a dramatic en-suite bathroom.
The other three bedrooms are upstairs. There is a room with a king size bed, a room with two singles together and one twin room. Two bedrooms share an en-suite bathroom whilst the other has it's own en-suite bathroom
The private garden has outdoor dining with optional shade, some sun beds, gas BBQ and of course the wonderful private pool. There is also access from the private garden to the community gardens of Bahia de Banus and the 2 pools.
We always provide complimentary beach towels for your convenience.
The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.

La Bahia de Banus is located just 15 min walk west of Puerto Banus along the beach. The luxury development has two large swimming pools and has been designed using exotic Asian influences. The gardens of Bahia de Banus contain exotic plants and a Thai style ornamental pond with seating area. There is a fully equipped gym with sauna and steam room.
Within the tranquillity of La Bahia de Banus you can truly relax whilst still have Puerto Banus at your doorstep. Along the beach in both directions there are plenty of beach restaurants and bars.

We loved having both the smaller private pool and access to the larger community pools. The location was really great - an easy walk to the boardwalk to Puerto Banus and surrounding communities. It's a bit far from Old Town, but we weren't expecting it to be close. Once we figured out where to direct Ubers/deliveries to pick us up, it was easy, but it took a dayso to figure that out, especially not being from Spain. We had 4 adults & 4 children and the house fit our needs very well. The community itself is very safe and secure. A very short walk (2-3 minutes) to the beach. We spent a beach day at Gran Hotel Guadalpin who rented us hammocks for 25 EUR each and is a 5 minute walk away. The team was very communicative, but sometimes there was a lot of information in a single message, so it was easy to miss a detailtwo. Read the messages carefully.

Fantastic place, with plenty of space for all of us. The pictures don't do it justice. Lovely location close to many restaurants and walking distance from Puerto Banus. Easy walk to beaches. The pool was awesome to cool down in the afternoon and my daughters loved the communal pool. Plenty of parking outside with a private spot inside (2 spots). We felt at home from the beginning, and were able to enjoy all aspects of Puerto Banus. Colleen was very accommodating for us to have an early check in since our flight landed mid-morning in Malaga. Instructions were complete and helpful. We totally will come back to this location next time we are in Marbella. Thank you Colleen for a wonderful time.

15 minute walk down the beach to the lively puerto banus but you wouldn’t tell, evenings were deafly silent! Had a slight issue with an ants nest in one of the bathrooms but nothing bug spray couldn’t sort out. All rooms were stunning, especially the downstairs master suite with its own bathroom and his/hers vanity stations, with direct access to the refreshing pool outside. I believe there are other properties either getting renovated/decoratedeven expanding as there was quite a bit of building work going in but nothing that interrupted our stay. All in all we would 100000% stay here again - value for money and gorgeous property, what more could you want?
