The living area features a cozy sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen/dining area is connected to the living area and is fully equipped.
The apartment also features a small “winter garden” with an adjoining balcony. This also connects to the living area.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a closet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower. At the end of the hallway is a separate restroom.

One parking space is located directly in front of the property.

All base rates apply to up to 4 people, calculated for a 3-night stay.
Bed linens (beds made) and towels are provided.
The linens package is charged separately from the property price at €15.00 per person (one-time service fee).

Please note the following surcharges:
Surcharge for short stays of 2–3 nights: +€20.00 per person per night. (Christmas/New Year’s Eve)
The visitor’s tax is charged as a daily rate and amounts to €3.00 per night per person.
