Die Lage ist gut. Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist gut!
Die Wohnung ist stark heruntergekommen, es hat muffelig gerochen und es war nicht ausreichend sauber. Die Möbel haben starke Gebrauchsspuren, auch das Badezimmer (Schimmelsporen) Die Rezeption muss dringend besser ausgeschildert werden!

Die Wohnung war sehr verwohnt, kaputte Vorhänge, defekte oder nicht funktionierende Lampen, defekter Klositz etc.
