Welcome to a fantastic house on the edge of charming Hälleviksstrand with a seafront and peaceful location! The house was built in 2021 with good feeling and taste, where the boundary between inside and outside has been blurred. A perfect house for a family or party that wants the "little extra". Here you will enjoy yourself! You live on a wonderful plot that borders nature with forest and protective mountains where silence reigns and only the sounds of nature like the chirping of birds are heard. The house has an open floor plan and large windows that make the boundary between the outdoor and indoor environment blurred. High ceilings also make the house feel bright and spacious. The house has an open floor plan with a combined kitchen / living room with a nice dining area as well as a tasteful sitting area and sliding glass doors to the large terrace. Two bright bedrooms, one with a double bed that has a TV and access to the terrace and the other with two single beds, a loft bed and a desk corner. Tasteful fully tiled bathroom with washer / dryer. Spacious and nice terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful plot and nature around you. Here you can serve a good meal with a drink and just relax. Higher up on the plot there is a seat that you reach via a wooden staircase where you have a view of the Bohuslän mountains. In about 15 minutes walk you reach the charming fishing community Hälleviksstrand where the boathouses are crowded by the water and the residential houses are close, close to the mountain above. About 900 m to the nice swimming area with both sandy beach, jetty and rocks. Feel free to stroll down to Hamnplan with the Kiosk and Erwings Junkfood, which among other things serve recognized good burgers on their deck right down by the piers. Many sights and attractions in the immediate area. Feel free to take the ferry from Tuvesvik to the nearby islands Käringön or Gullholmen.
