The floorplan is open and welcoming with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Accommodations also include an outdoor gas grill, pool, hot tub, covered back patio, and a private backyard.
The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts and is conveniently located nearby the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Everything was perfect! Got there after dark and found the home VERY clean, foyer light and garage lights were on- which helped in finding our way, and all was as represented.
The staff was awesome, the neighborhood was super quiet and all the homes were very neat and clean. High end all the way. It seemed like the owners took pride in their property, which we appreciated and we did our best to respect the beautiful home. We also enjoyed the amenities (pool, etc) and found them to be lightly used, which was nice to not be overcrowded.
We HIGHLY recommend this property and Ledges Vacation rentals...we'll be back there for sure.

We just had an extend and are very happy with the property. Very clean and very quiet location. This is a large home. Really enjoyed the the very convivial family room. Our son and his wife visited for one week and they especially appreciated the casita, Ledges vacation rentals is also an outstanding property manager

Property was outstanding and convenient to everything St. George. Every detail and need accounted for in this property. It was literally like being in your own home with everything you could possibly need. Can't say enough about quality of property. HIGHLY recommend.
