This luxury villa is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite counter-tops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor-plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private.
Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in the family room.
The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and repelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ledges. The family area us very comfortable for a group, encouraging social interaction and providing comfort. The accommodations seemed very fresh, new and stylish. The rooms were very constable and spacious. We enjoyed the oil and pickle ball courts although there are only 2 courts and had to wait a bit to use them. The battery in the front door lock also died, so we were locked out dir about an hour until we were able to find a way in. Shortly after that the maintenance company responded. Overall it was a great place to stay. We plan to return!

We usually always stay at the Ledges and we love it there! The Great Escape at the Ledges was comfortable, very spacious, and the beds were great! Definitely will book again!
