We werden hartelijk begroet toen we aan kwamen rijden en mochten parkeren onderin het gebouw. Bij aankomst in de kamer werden we verwelkomt met een heel ruime kamer met uitzicht over Yilan en de fantastische zee. De kamer zelf heeft ook een mooi ruim bad waar je kunt uitkijken over de stad.

屬於自助式民宿，有廚房及大冰箱，對於喜換不受干擾的住客相當適合，地點在得天獨厚的高樓層，大片窗戶將龜山島海景一覽無遺。有高空溫泉泡腳與泡澡池，泉質優、景色佳，令人心曠神怡!
廁所在階梯上，4人房床鋪鋪在架高的樓層板上，如果有高齡長輩入住，上下較費力。

住宿環境舒適清潔，住在22樓可以看見遠方龜山島，讓人有放鬆自在感受，雖然偶爾會聽見火車聲音，但那並不會影響我們，民宿內溫泉池尚可舒適，提供點迎賓小禮這是更好的(在德國幾乎民宿公寓都有)，因為這是民宿主讓故感受用心的小祕訣
民宿公寓提供了陶瓷爐及電磁爐，將陶瓷爐電源打開完全不能用，僅中島電磁爐可用，提供的鍋具非常舊而且變形及上面都是油汙，民宿主並未詳細檢查上一位租客使用完畢後是否清潔，餐盤刀具也是凌亂擺放品項太少，對此我覺得比起歐洲的民宿這一點真的做得太差，另外一點提供的毛巾浴巾已使用過度，並不柔軟有纖維硬化，使用起來不舒服
