Vriendelijke en goed bereikbare verhuurder, prettig contact via Booking en WhatsApp, goede parkeermogelijkheid voor auto met vouwwagen, afgesloten garage voor fietsen en hondvriendelijk.
De prijs vonden wij aan de hoge kant voor wat je krijgt; het appartement was erg warm op de bovenste verdieping (geen klimaatcontrole), de schoonmaak kon beter en de indeling met alle bedden in één ruimte is vooral geschikt voor een korte overnachting.

Das Apartment ist relativ geräumig. Es gibt ein Zimmer indem Bett, Sofa, Esstisch und Küche ist. Man hat einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür und die Wohnung hat einen schönen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Das Bett war bequem.
Kritisch war für mich die Sauberkeit. Die Armaturen in der Dusche waren stark verkalkt und rostig. Unter dem Toilettensitz war Verschmutzung sichtbar. Das Waschbecken war auch nicht sauber und lief schlecht ab. Im Bett fanden sich viele Haare und Fusseln. Die Kalk- und Rostablagerungen wirkten auf mich nicht kurzfristig entstanden. Auch außerhalb der Wohnung machte das Haus auf mich einen renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. Für den aufgerufenen Preis hätte ich mir ein saubereres Apartement gewünscht.
