Work or play in Waikiki! Large 750 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and nice lanai. Located on a side street just off the Ala Wai canal. Enjoy walking or running the path along the canal or head 2 blocks over into the heart of Waikiki's shopping and dining district. If the beach is your destination it is 3 1/2 blocks away right on the other side of beautiful Ft DeRussy park.
The apartment features a newly remodeled full kitchen with range, oven, micro, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator with ice maker. A large sink and quartz counters makes clean up easy. The dining table doubles as a prep area and seats 8 on comfortable stools.
The living area has a large wall mounted tv that can point to the kitchen or the lanai, seating and coffee table. The lanai has additional seating and a small table. The lanai has a retractable screen to cut down on sun of provide additional privacy. City views
The bedroom has a large walk in closet with loads of custom drawer space, queen bed, ceiling fan and window mounted AC. There is a dedicated work space with stand up/sit down adjustable desk, lamp, file cabinet, and office chair.
The pool deck features a BBQ area and a heated salt water pool. It is sunny in the morning and shady in the afternoon. There is also a kitchen for prep and clean up
The laundry is located down the hall next to the elevator. There is a laundry located on each floor for convenience but feel free to use any Laundry on any floor if one is busy or you have multiple loads. The machines take quarters or an app, cost is $1.50/ load to wash or dry
