BUILDING NOTICE: May 14, 2026
As part of the AOAO’s ongoing commitment to safety and property improvements, the Maintenance Department and its contractor will be conducting the Annual Preventative Maintenance, cleaning, and repairs for the 6th Floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, and Pool Deck areas.
The pool deck area will be closed beginning Sunday, November 8 at 9:00 p.m. and is scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 16 at 7:00 a.m., weather permitting. During this time, the Pool/Jacuzzi access gate will be locked and secured, and all amenities within the area will be unavailable for use throughout the maintenance period.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this important maintenance project.

- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).
CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

love the room, very clean & modern. The Beds were comfortable with clean sheets & plush pillows; that's very important for me. Room had a small sink, a coffee maker and everything you would need to cook a meal if you wanted to, even a rice cooker! loved it :). Definitely would stay here again; Thank you Alii Beach Rentals, had an awesome stay.

A clean, maintained studio in the 34th floor. Very close to attractions in Waikiki and near Public transport. Lots of food options around. Stay also had a mini kitchen. Overall a good place to stay for a family.
