Refurbished in 2022, this pleasant 90 m² family home with free parking features a large, bright, and comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 beautiful bedrooms. The bathroom has been completely renovated and includes a separate toilet.
A 15-minute walk from downtown, the harbor, and the beach; a 10-minute walk from local shops; and a 5-minute drive from green spaces (Woody Parc Aventures, Bois).
The house is perfect for a family with children of all ages.

- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, small appliances),
- a living room with a table that seats up to 8 people and a large sofa bed,
- a first bedroom with a bunk bed (2-person bottom bunk 140×190 and 1-person top bunk 90×140) with a walk-in closet and wardrobe,
- a second bedroom with a 160×200 bed, a walk-in closet, and a wardrobe,
- a third bedroom with a 160×200 bed and a walk-in closet
- a bathroom with a large walk-in shower
- a pantry with a washing machine and a cabinet for storing groceries.
For little ones, there’s a travel crib, a high chair, a baby bathtub, toys, and books for children under 3.
