In a luxury residence with elevator, apartment of 56 m2 on the 4th floor, facing south-east, completely refurbished in 2023, consisting of:
- a living/dining room with double sofa bed and flat screen.
- 1 bedroom with 140 cm x 200 cm bed and air conditioning
- 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and air conditioning
- kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, etc.)
- bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet and washing machine
- furnished terrace (dining and rest area) of 29 m2 with an exceptional view of the sea and the mountains from the entire apartment
- Secure parking space.


Direct access to the beach. Promenade that runs along the residence. Shops nearby. Close to thalassotherapy.
Smoking allowed on the terrace only. Pets not allowed.

Rental for a minimum of 5 nights. During school holidays, weekly rental.
