Single-story house with an access ramp. Parking space in the driveway running alongside the house. Small gravel patio in front of the house. Sunroom equipped with sliding windows and blinds. Fully renovated living room and dining room with a new, fully equipped kitchen. A large bathroom with a toilet adapted for people with reduced mobility. A separate studio at the back of the house, also with a bathroom and toilet. A barbecue is available, as well as an utility room with a washing machine and an additional refrigerator. Quiet neighborhood, close to shops, and a 3-minute walk from the beach.

The house was fully renovated as mentioned in the listing and kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated being close to the beach as it allowed us to go on beautiful coastal walks every morning. The hosts, Daniel and Anne-Marie, were very kind and welcoming. To improve the guests’ experience, I would encourage Daniel and Anne-Marie to consider providing linens for the bedrooms and to include cleaning in the rental agreement.
