This magnificent beachfront Villa has the “WOW” factor. Perfect to chill out on a family vacation or for couples seeking ambience and romance radiating from the stunning panoramic views and sunsets of the Isle of Arran and Bute peninsula.
Relax and take-in some fun and exercise in this magnificent villa. Step directly from your private garden on to the beautiful Seamill beach and beautiful Ayrshire Coastal walkway. The National Cycle Network is within 300 metres providing the splendour of long stretches of Ayrshire coastline, passing through two Scottish Wildlife reserves, and the opportunity to explore towns s and beaches along the way. The seaside resort of Largs is 8 miles distant with an abundance of bistros, wine bars and restaurants or walk to the Seamill Hydro and Waterside Hotels for ample drinks, meals and relaxation without cars or taxis.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 en-suite, with an abundance of communal space to unwind for up to 6 people and 2 children under 10. Parking for 2 cars, and a superbly equipped kitchen and utility room with all the amenities you need for a family wishing to stay for a minimum of four nights.

The pictures do not do this villa justice. Very well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your get away. Graeme and Loretta are THE BEST hosts we've encountered and genuinely care about your comfort and happiness during your stay. Such wonderful hosts.
