Summary:
Sweet on Strong Street - Unit A is centrally located with easy access to everything Pensacola has to offer! This 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is less than a mile from downtown and is just a short drive to the Pensacola International Airport and Naval Air Station Pensacola. It is the perfect location for anyone looking to go out and explore!
The Space:
Guests will park and enter through the back door. As you step inside, you will find yourself in the kitchen and dining space. Our galley style kitchen maximizes the efficiency of the cook, you can get any meal whipped up in no time!
Off of the kitchen is the smartly appointed living space. It features a beautiful (decorative only!) fireplace, queen size sleeper sofa, and large SmartTV.
The bedroom is fitted with a comfortable queen size bed and has an ensuite bathroom. There is an additional full size bathroom just off the living room.
This cozy space is perfect for a couple, small family, or business professional looking to spend some time in Pensacola!
**Please note, this is a duplex and the front half of this house is also available to rent.**
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
This property is conveniently located in a residential neighborhood. It is less than 1 mile from downtown, 5 miles from Pensacola International Airport, and 7 miles from Pensacola Naval Air Station.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

Great super clean place.
Very convenient to any beaches in Pensacola 10 -15 (50 min drive to orange beach, 1 hour to Dolphinarium/Destin).
Stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap/lotion, Dish washing solution, Kitchen paper towels, Dish wear and silver wear.
$ ppl can sleep comfortably / have privacy with the separate full bathroom.
Over all great location, near by reasrotants and fast food.

My family (2 adults, 2 toddlers, and a dog) stayed here for a week. It was a great location, good layout, and well appointed. The management company was responsive and polite.
