Easy to drive but big enough for the whole family. Super easy set up! Entire side slide-out makes the space roomy enough to prep food without bumping elbows with everyone else. Walk around Queen bed ensures no one has to climb over to get out of bed. Step in shower is large enough that you can at least turn around in. U-shape dinette plus table between swivel driver and passenger seats means everyone has a place to sit inside to eat if you happen to catch a bad weather day. Large awning for shade when sitting outside on sunny days. Pick up time is 3pm and drop off time is 11 am. Lates fees will apply if need to pick Up early or drop off late, prior approval required. Other details Pet interview required for renters. No other pets allowed. Two dogs max. Daily pet fee required. Please do not leave dogs unattended in the RV. RV will have a full tank of fuel (diesel) at the start of your rental. Please return it with a full tank, or if it's easier, we can fill it upon your return for an additional fee. Propane tank will be full at the start of your trip. Please refill before retuning. If it's easier, we can refill it for you for an additional fee. 100 miles per day is included; additional Mileage is .55 per mile. RV will have an empty septic tank at the start of your rental. Please empty it prior to returning, or we can dump it for you for an additional fee. If you want to do it yourself but need help on where to go and how to do it, we can help with that! RV should be returned with dishes washed, floors swept, and in a general state of cleanliness as in which you started your adventure. We will take care of mopping, sanitizing, and exterior wash upon return! Please NO SMOKING (of any kind) and NO VAPING allowed in the RV. Deposit will be kept in full if violated.
