The host was very welcoming and addressed all questions I asked and helped with providing additional pillows, arranging early morning jeep ride , bed coffee etc

Jak na standardy Indii było dobrze i czysto.

Występowały drobne problemy z prądem, ale tylko z gniazdek, światło działało. Słabe WiFi, ale to można wybaczyć w tej lokalizacji. Średni kontakt po angielsku. Zamiast kołdry czy prześcieradła do przykrycia się był koc, jakoś mało komfortowo czułem się żeby pod nim spać.

Fantastic staff were very helpful and kind. We did the kolukkumalai jeep sunrise and Bose peak trek with them and it was a fantastic experience, at a reasonable price. Extremely comfortable king size bed, beautiful views of jungle from balcony, and passing monkeys gave a close up experience of nature. We stayed three nights, did some extra hikes in the area and could have stayed longer.

Biggest issue was walking on the road at night after dinner is not very comfortable in the dark as it is a windy road and the homestay is a few hundred metres out of town (ie quiet at night even though it's on the main road we didn't hear the road at all!!) As with all hotels in the area they provide a blanket that obviously doesn't get washed between guests, a big thick one and no top sheet. I think this is culturally acceptable as it was the same everywhere we stayed in the mountainous areas, a bit gross for us but I guess we're used to it by now.
