Firstly the host - Suhail.
Next the tent stay on the cleanly rooftop setup on a cozy environment, well decorated with plants and quirky sketches.
All was good, maybe a fan would be needed on rooftop otherwise on chill climatic days it doesn’t need one. Optional

Quiet location, very relaxed place to stay, very helpful host. Room was large and clean, bed very comfy.
Hot water was hit and miss

It was a lovely place, with lots of plants around and really nice ambience. The staff were friendly
If you are in a tent this could be a problem as it is in the common area and the noise level could be diffcult to control as the staff themselves had to be told a couple of times to keep the noise level down at night with limited success. I hope they will address this. I also felt generally everyone was trying to sell jeep and other packages in Thekkady, it would be nice if the hosts just gave unbiased information without being influenced by commissions.
