Layout of house, quiet neighborhood, good size back yard, excellent location for walking the dogs, hiking, sightseeing, and playing pickle ball.
Sprinklers went off in back yard limiting our time with the dogs to be out there in the evening. Did not think they would be on a timer to run EVERY day or we would have contacted the owner after the first time.

The check in and check out was super smooth. Rey is a great host, replying promptly when I had questions. The house is very clean, well-equipped, and comfy.
I stayed with 2 elders and they kept telling me how comfortable they were in the house. The location is also very strategic. There are restaurants and grocery store nearby. The neighborhood is quiet so it really fit my parents' preference. Definitely my first choice whenever my family visit Albuquerque.

The beds were very comfortable and the house was a great value compared to hotels in the area. The property owners were on top of communication. When I return I will rent again. Thank you!
There was some hard water build-up in the dishwasher. I think that was it though!
