The host had a very fast response to us when our bluetooth wouldn't connect to the keyless door entry. She called me quickly and remotely unlocked it for us. The home was also very clean and well-equipped. Great coffee maker with dual options for carafe-style or pods. The view was beautiful and it was on the 'circle' end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. It was a very cozy-feeling home and we would happily stay here again!
We have no complaints!
