The staff and the room! The reception staff were exceptional. Mr Likith & Ms Dulari went out of their way to make our stay memorable . The rooms were huge and spacious. The bed linen & bathroom linen were in excellent condition. The breakfast menu too had plenty of options.

The rooms do not have any views and are very close to other buildings around it. Hence the curtains have to be drawn 24/7 for privacy.

For a work trip the place was just fine, all one needs is a table to work, shower to wash and a comfortable bed to sleep. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The food however, is not for a faint of spice - very little selection of non-spicy foods, though they did their best to cook something not spicy for me.

As I was told after the fact by my Indian colleagues, never trust pictures from India. This was a perfect example - the hotel is squeezed between a temple, blasting music, and some dilapidated office(?) building, Behind it is a wholesale market with trucks roaming in and out all night long. The isolation is so so, the room was very noisy. And the picture of the pool lost a separation barrier at one of its ends - if you plan to swim, you will have 4-5 strokes before you have to turn around. 4 star hotel it is not - even though the rooms are big, the finish is closer to 2-star hotel
