Top of villa of 150 m2 with superb sea view, 15 mins walk from downtown Cavalaire. Free shuttle nearby.
Located at the end of the private road, very quiet environment, not overlooked.
The villa is surrounded by a private raised garden with a bowling green, a private swimming pool (8x4m) with deckchairs, outdoor shower, an outdoor bar facing the pool with bar stools.
Maximum sleeping for 10 people.
In front of the entrance, a covered terrace with tables and chairs with sea view and on the port of Cavalaire.
This villa is on 2 levels:
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds of 80.
A bathroom with a jacuzzi for 2 people
An independent WC
A living room with 2 sofas, a flat-screen HD TV
A living room with a dining table for 10 people
A fully equipped open kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, classic oven, electric hob, coffee machine, food processor, electric plancha).
Upstairs served by a mezzanine: a lounge area with 2 benches that can be used as beds (beds of 80).
2 bedrooms each composed of 2 twin beds of 80 with plenty of storage.
A shower room with WC.
The villa is equipped with high speed WIFI.
Reversible air conditioning in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor.
Rates: from 150 to 300 € / night depending on the season (reservation of 2 consecutive nights minimum)
May and June: € 250 / night or € 1,500 / week
The first 2 weeks of July: € 300 / night or € 1,800 / week
