Beautiful, spacious 3-star family home with sea views, set on a lovely enclosed, wooded plot of 600 m² in a quiet cul-de-sac of 12 houses, only 2 of which are visible from the street. Located 950 m from the town center (market, shops, port) and beaches. Sea view. Access via a gate from a dead-end street.
4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped main kitchen. Ground floor access, but no wheelchair-accessible toilet or shower room. Beds made upon arrival.
The accommodation: Each bedroom has storage and two single beds (90 cm each) that can be joined together to make a double (180 cm).
On the garden level, there are very large bedrooms with a third sofa bed, and one bedroom has two pull-out beds underneath.
3 toilets.
Baby cot and baby equipment available.
All beds are 80cm x 1.90m, placed side-by-side and separable.
Guest access: The entire 600m² property and the house.
Other remarks:
