Ocean front, cannot compare to not staying on the beach. Great location on the strip.
The building appeared older and it was odd that you have to make a separate stop to pick up a physical key, when an electronic lock seems so much easier. The couch was terribly uncomfortable. The cushions wouldn’t stay tucked in and kept slipping out. It was low and hard to get out of. The owner should take my fee and get a new couch! Constant knocking and drilling sounds in the unit next door. Went on all day and into the night. Very annoying!

The building was clean, secure, in a nice location with a wonderful pool and restaurant.
The actual room was more like glamping. It was much smaller than anticipated (my fault), the sleeping conditions were below average- the sofa couch and bed are past prime. The kitchen was small but well equipped for our basic needs (mostly breakfast and lunch). Internet is inconsistent. The view was spectacular. The room was extremely clean. The bed linens were nice and clean. A ceiling fan would be a nice future addition for the lanai. It was likely an ok deal for the money. Better suited, I think, for 1 to 2 guests, not 3.
