Το κατάλημα είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία μπροστά από τη θάλασσα σε μια τεράστια παραλία. Στο ισόγειο έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (μηχανή για γαλλικό, βραστήρα, τοστιέρα, ψυγειο, κουζίνα), 1 διπλο κρεβάτι και 2 μονά και aircondition στο μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο. Είχε να καθίσεις σαν μικρή βεραντούλα μπροστά με θέα τη θάλασσα.
Δυστυχώς είχε υγρασία και το σπίτι (στο ισόγειο) είχε μια ενοχλητική μυρωδιά και αίσθηση. Το πλυντήριο των ρούχων ήταν λίγο παλιό και ήθελε λίγη δύναμη για να ανοίξει.

Η τοποθεσία η άνεση του χώρου και η ησυχία σε συνδυασμό με την καθαριότητα.
Νομίζω ότι θα μπορούςε να τοποθετηθεί ένα δεύτερο κλιματιστικό στο χώρο της κουζίνας ή ένας αφυγραντήρες γενικότερα να τραβάει την υγρασία που υπάρχει στον αέρα λόγω της τοποθεσίας του καταλύματος, που είναι σε κάμπο και κοντά στη θάλασσα.
